Your subscription renews every 30 days: what you don't use in a month doesn't roll over to the next one.
02 · Single pieces
Just one piece? Buy it on its own.
Same price with or without a subscription. Without one, you pay for each piece separately.
Single pieces you buy never expire: use them whenever you want.
03 · Subscriber bundles
Need more this month? At a discount.
With an active subscription, you get bundles of 5, 10 or 15 pieces at — off: the more pieces, the more you save. No subscription, no bundles: you pay for each piece.
Before we charge a bundle, we confirm your subscription is active. Bundle pieces never expire.
NEO credits
Your NEO account is free. Credits, when you need them.
Create your account for free, add as many members as you want with no per-seat fees, and assign credits to each one. Credits pay for everything else you ask NEO to do. Your subscription includes 800 credits a month (they don't roll over). USD pricing for top-ups is coming soon; MXN shown for reference.
04 · Your creator site
Free with your subscription. Then it's yours.
Link in bio, your content, your merch store and a page for brands, designed with the look of your channel.
- Free with the subscription, with a 3-month minimum.
- After 3 months, the site is yours.
- Includes your merch store, ready for your designs.
- Hosting and domain terms are confirmed in writing before you sign up.
If you cancel, these stop
- Your monthly shorts, long-form edits, thumbnails and scripts.
- Your podcast clips and your posting calendar.
- Your 800 monthly NEO credits.

- Do I need the subscription to buy a piece?
- No. Single pieces cost the same for everyone. Discounted bundles are for subscribers only.
- Is there a plan for agencies or networks?
- Yes: an Enterprise plan built for you. Tell us what you need.
- Can my team use NEO too?
- Yes, with unlimited members and no per-seat fees. You, as the owner, assign credits to each member.
