- Your contact details: name, channel or creator name, email and phone.
- Your orders: what you buy, when, and its status.
- Payment confirmations from the payment provider. We never store your card details.
- What you share so we can make your pieces: footage, audio, logo, links to your channels, and, only with your written permission, your face and voice.
We don't ask you for sensitive data.

- Making and delivering your order.
- Charging what you buy.
- Posting or updating your site and channels only with the access you give us, which you can revoke at any time.
- Keeping you posted on your order.
We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what's needed: the payment provider, the host of this site and your creator site, the platforms you connect, and the AI providers we use to make your videos, images, voices and text. And with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop us from using it, by writing to getneostudio@gmail.com. We reply within 20 business days.
What's stored in your browser
This site stores your order in your own browser to show it to you on the confirmation page. We don't use advertising cookies.
